Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

Our goal is ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

Our order cut off time is 2:00 pm (PST)

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business day (48 hours) Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (PST)

The shipping method "Pick up in store" option for the customers who will come to our location to pick up their order.

Please provide us your residential or business shipping address. We are unable to ship an order to P.O. Box. 

We can ship products anywhere in the United States and internationally using the shipping method you choose. In the case of large bulky or very heavy items, please contact us at sales@goldupusa.com, we can ship via selected LTL trucking companies.

Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to Gold-Up USA within 24 hours at support@goldupusa.com or call us at 510-744-6987. Product photos may be required for verification.

Back-Order Policy:

If you order an out-of-stock item from us, we will email you when we expect that product to be available. You will be among the first to receive the item. Gold-Up USA will not charge your credit card for back-ordered items until we ship your order. No additional shipping and handling charges will be added when your order ships.

Return Policy:

  • We offer 30 days return & exchange for any items you order with Gold-Up USA. No refunds and exchange are issued after 30 days.We can only accept unopened boxed and packaging for return within 7 days of the purchase date. Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item.
  • All returned products must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We do not accept returns without an RMA. To obtain an RMA, please send us an email at support@goldupusa.com.
  • When your return has been received and processed, we will issue complete refund or ship you the replacement items.
  • The shipping fee is non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping all exchange/return merchandise back to our warehouse. We do not offer return shipping labels.
  • A 15% restocking fee may be subjected for any nondefective items.
  • Please provide original invoice when request for return or refund.
  • Special orders are not returnable.
