Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

Our goal is ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

Our order cut off time for each day is 2:00 pm (PST)

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business day (48 hours) Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (PST)

We strongly suggest that once the order has been delivered, please open immediately to ensure everything is in good shape.

The shipping method "Pick up in store" option for warehouse pick up only.

Please provide us your residential or business shipping address. We are unable to ship an order to P.O. Box. 

We ship products anywhere in the United States and internationally using the shipping method you choose. In the case of large bulky or very heavy items, please contact us at sales@goldupusa.com, we can ship via selected LTL trucking companies.

Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to Gold-Up USA within 72 hours at support@goldupusa.com or call us at 510-744-6987. Product photos may be required for verification.

Back-Order Policy:

If you order an out-of-stock item from us, we will email you when we expect that product to be available. You will be among the first to receive the item. Gold-Up USA will not charge your credit card for back-ordered items until we ship your order. No additional shipping and handling charges will be added when your order ships.

Return Policy:

  • We offer 30 days return & exchange for any items you order with Gold Up USA that has not been used. 
  • For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 5 business days after receiving the items. No refund or replacements will be issued after.
  • All returned products must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We do not accept returns without an RMA. To obtain an RMA, please send us an email at support@goldupusa.com.
  • Once your return has been received and reviewed, refunds and replacements will be issued.
  • The shipping fee is non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping all exchange/return merchandise back to our warehouse. We do not offer return shipping labels.
  • A 15% restocking fee may be subjected for any non-defective items.
  • Please provide original invoice when requested for return or refund.
  • Special or custom orders are not returnable.
