Gold-Up USA Inc., located in Newark, CA, is a leading supplier of high-precision SMT stencil materials, T-shirt printing frames, and screen printing equipment and supplies in North America. Equipped with a 6,000 m² (approx. 65,000 sq. ft.) manufacturing facility, we proudly serve clients across the Americas and globally, delivering professional, high-efficiency, and cost-effective solutions for the electronics manufacturing (EMS), renewable solar PV, precision stencil, and textile screen printing industries.

Backed by decades of industry experience, Gold-Up USA holds deep technical expertise in precision SMT stencil materials and screen frames. For SMT applications, in addition to standard high-precision aluminum frames, we maintain an extensive inventory of Pre-Meshed Stencil Frames and Foil-Mounted SMT Stencil Frames in various specifications. We also supply high-tension stainless steel mesh, Fine-Grain Precision Stainless Steel Foil, and Specialty Epoxy Adhesives.

For textile and general screen printing, we stock a large inventory of standard T-shirt Printing Pre-Stretched Screens and bare aluminum frames, designed to meet the rigorous demands of print shops for high tension and stability.

To further advance our localized offerings in high-tech sectors, we are actively preparing a state-of-the-art Solar Cell Screen Manufacturing Facility, directly supporting the growing demand for localized clean energy and photovoltaic manufacturing.

In advanced processing equipment, we offer state-of-the-art PVD Magnetron Sputtering Equipment. Designed specifically for post-laser-cutting processing of SMT stencils, this system utilizes a precisely controlled deposition process to apply an ultra-thin, highly durable film to both the stencil surface and aperture walls. This specialized coating significantly enhances solder paste release, improves transfer efficiency, and maintains printing consistency—dramatically reducing the need for cleaning cycles, extending stencil lifespan, and minimizing production downtime.

Combining our 6,000 m² manufacturing plant with our local California warehouse, we maintain over 30,000 pieces of frames, SMT materials, and equipment constantly in stock. Every product undergoes strict quality control to guarantee exceptional flatness, high tension, and long-term durability—meeting the stringent demands of SMT paste printing, solar cell fine-line printing, and precision stencil making.

Beyond frames, raw materials, and PVD technology, our portfolio includes pneumatic stretching machines, exposure units, squeegees, photo emulsions, and related accessories.
