I'm pretty particular when it comes to spatulas. Like most seasoned screen printers that know what they like and try to find an inexpensive frosting spatula from a thrift store for $1-$2 (which are out there); I feel that $!0 for a 12" is more than reasonable for your needs. Excellent price and excellent quality. Not too thin and and not too thin and flimsy. Hope that helps those looking.
And for those wanting something bigger to dig out ink from your 5 gallon containers, I bought a few hamburger spatulas from United Grocers when they were on sale for $14.

Love the flat part on the butt of the spatula, makes for easy opening of ink lids that have hardened or dried a bit. Its not the best spatula out there, but at this price you can afford to replace to order several in case one wears out.

Better than I expected. Hoping last long time.
